Param Brahmand high-performance computing facility is now commissioned at the GMRT
Param Rudra supercomputers inauguration

The petaflop high-performance computing facility, Param Brahmand, based on C-DAC's Param Rudra supercomputers was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi on 26th September 2024.

The SPOTLIGHT project, Its first light with an 8-antenna, 40-beam system.

The SPOTLIGHT project, utilizing the Param Brahmand HPC facility to conduct real-time commensal searches for fast radio transients (FRBs) and pulsars, has achieved its first light with an 8-antenna, 40-beam system on source 3C147 at band-4 (550-750 MHz) of the GMRT.
